Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your electronic mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect emails from one e-mailbox to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your e-mail boxes against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just select the email box account you wish to forward emails from, then specify the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
